 Mental health, as we know  is a very important  component of overall well-being, often remains overlooked in the hustle and bustle of today's fast-paced world. In this article we give a look  on the importance of mental health, its impact on the helath  individuals and society, and the need for finding a solution mental health problems . Mental health mentions to the state of our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It reflects our thoughts and reflect how we  feel, and act, making it integral to our overall health. Mental health is the absence of mental illnesses or disorders not only this , but also refer to  the ability to enjoy life, bounce back from adversity, achieve balance, adapt to adversity, feel safe and secure, and achieve one's potential. 

The World Health Organization (WHO) identifies mental health as a vital part of public health. According to WHO, one in four people will be affected by mental or neurological disorders at some point in their lives. This statistic underlines the importance of addressing mental health issues as a global health importance. Mental health issues can lead to severe consequences if left untreated, including reduced quality of life, relationship problems, and physical health issues. It's also linked to issues in society  as  homelessness, crime, and unemployment. Therefore, improving  mental health and supporting people with mental health issues is very important for comfort of th e society . Unfortunately, mental health still considered  a stigma in many societies, leading to discrimination and exclusion. This stigma prevents many individuals from seeking help, exacerbating their problems. It's crucial to challenge these misunderstandings and normalize discussions around mental health to ensure everyone receives the help they need. There are numerous ways to maintain and improve mental health.  We can improve our  menta health through ;Regular exercise, a balanced diet, adequate sleep, and social connections  which are  basic steps anyone can take. In addition to this , seeking for  help when needed is vital. Mental health physicians  can provide treatments , medications, and to help you improve mental health issues effectively.

In conclusion, mental health is as important as physical health and should be given the same amount of attention . when we understand and know  the importance of mental health, we can create a healthier, more inclusive society where everyone has access to the mental health resources they need. it's tolerable not to be okay, and seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Becauseofthe wide gaps incarefor common mentalillnessessuch as depression and anxietydisorders,countries mustfind innovative ways to diversify andexpandcare for these conditions.
